How We Do Transparency (Without Cherry-Picking)
Commit First
At seal time we generate a cryptographic hash (e.g., SHA-256) of the full checklist. The “commit” is timestamped and tied to the Batch ID on every unit.
Reveal Later
After the batch ships or is fully broken, we publish the checklist. Anyone can verify it against the hash to confirm nothing changed.
Receipts & Reports
Sealed timestamps per unit and optional post-run reconciliation PDF/CSV for your records.
Want the live batch hash displayed on-site? We can render a small JSON { batchId, sha256, sealedAt } under each card.
