When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking via email as soon as it’s generated.
What carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS for domestic orders and DHL for select international destinations.
Can I change my shipping address after purchase?
Yes—contact support before your order ships. Once a label is created, we’ll try an intercept but success isn’t guaranteed.
What’s your return policy?
Sealed repack products are generally final sale. If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.

What is SHA-256 and why use it?
SHA-256 is a cryptographic hash. If any character in a sealed file changes, the hash changes—letting anyone confirm authenticity post-release.
Where can I see sealed timestamps and hashes?
Visit our Transparency page and the Checklists page; we link the original files and their hashes.
Do you ever edit checklists after sealing?
No. If a revision is ever needed, we publish a new revision with a new timestamp and hash. Originals remain online for audit.
How do I independently verify a file?
Download the published CSV and compute a SHA-256 hash locally (e.g., shasum -a 256 checklist.csv
). It must match our published hash.

How do I request allocation?
Email sales@slammyfactory.com with your platform(s), volume, and target tiers. We’ll respond with current availability.
Do you offer exclusivity windows?
Yes—short exclusivity windows are available by sport or price tier. Ask sales during allocation.
What’s the minimum per-card floor?
Our floor policy for Slammy runs is $300+ per card at packing time, with seeded chasers in each batch.
Is the product “pickable” before break?
No. Batches are non-pickable pre-sale; we publish seeding and post-reveal checklists to preserve integrity.

We accept major credit/debit cards and select digital wallets during checkout.
Are payments secure?
Yes—transactions are processed via PCI-compliant providers. We don’t store full card numbers on our servers.
Do you charge sales tax?
Where applicable by law, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
My payment was flagged. What now?
Fraud systems may occasionally request verification. Our team will contact you if additional info is required to complete fulfillment.

What is a PiggyBanx card?
PiggyBanx is a fun insert/redemption concept that can represent bonus credit, sealed product, or special prizes depending on the series.
How do I redeem a PiggyBanx?
Follow the instructions printed on the card or in the product notes. Typically you’ll email a clear photo and your order details to our support.
Is PiggyBanx transferable?
Unless stated otherwise, PiggyBanx redemptions are tied to the order/recipient and are not transferable.
Do PiggyBanx expire?
Most PiggyBanx have an expiration date printed on the card. Please redeem before that date to guarantee fulfillment.
What if my PiggyBanx card is damaged?
Contact support with photos. If the redemption code remains legible, we can usually complete the claim.

Do I need an account to order?
No, guest checkout is available. An account helps you track orders and view history.

Photograph the packaging and contents, then contact support within 72 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a solution.

Yes—breaks and community channels follow a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, and fraud.
Where can I read all policies?
Our core policies are summarized on this page. For anything not listed, contact support for written confirmation.
Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?
We’ll combine when feasible if orders are placed close together and not yet shipped. Message support with both order numbers.
Do you provide marketing assets for breakers?
Yes—product shots, overlays, and checklist links are available on request during allocation.
Do you accept international cards?
Most major international cards are supported; additional verification may be required based on issuer.
Why does a link say “Coming Soon”?
It’s a placeholder for an upcoming series or batch. Check back or subscribe via our socials for drop times.
Can PiggyBanx be used on wholesale orders?
Unless explicitly stated for a promotion, PiggyBanx generally apply to retail orders only.
Do you publish seeding odds?
Yes—seeded case hits and density notes are published by batch/series in the product copy or transparency notes.
